Ahead of the Boundary Trails Health Centre Foundation’s Annual General Meeting, the BTHC Foundation Board of Directors presented Southern Health-Santé Sud with its first payment towards the $10 million pledge for the expansion of BTHC. Against the backdrop of a busy construction site, BTHC Foundation Board Chair Ben Friesen, along with Vice Chair Ernie Penner and Executive Director Shannon Samatte-Folkett handed over a cheque for $2.5 million. It’s a truly remarkable achievement when one considers that just 12 short months ago, ground was broken and construction began at the expansion site.
