With the ongoing postal disruption, you may be wondering how your gifts to the BTHC Foundation may be impacted.

Tax receipts

For those gifts received in October, receipts will not be sent out until the postal disruption is resolved. Please contact the Foundation if you’d like your receipt issued by email.

Receipts from our Fall Gala have been prepared and available for pick up at the Foundation office or they can be emailed at your request.

Please call the Foundation at 204 331 8821 if you have questions about the status of your receipt.

If you have already mailed your donation

Be assured that your gift will make it to the Foundation but it will be delayed. Charitable tax receipts for 2024 will be issued for all cheques and gifts dated before December 31st.

Online giving

Gifts to the Foundation can be made securely online by visiting our Donations page.

Gifts can also be left at the Foundation office in our secure drop box, or dropped off during office hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. You can also call the office at 204 331 8808 ext. 2 to make your confidential gift over the phone.
